Changing Your Plan

Changing your plan can be done from right within your platform's Account & Billing area, shown here… Click on your name on the top right of your page and go to My Account… Click on the Plan & Billing tab. Lastly, click on the Change Plan button

Receiving Invoices Via Email

Just click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen and click on Account & Billing… Next, click on Plan & Billing… Lastly, enter the email address in the Billing Contact (email) field

Changing Date Formatting

If you need to change your platform's default date format, contact your account manager… If you want to change the format, such as to mm/dd/yyyy or yyyy-mm-dd, just let your account manager
