Why are my learners not progressing?

A learner's progress might not change for several reasons:

1) The learner has not completely satisfied all of the requirements set into place.

2) A learner has not spent enough time on a module in order to get a check mark of completion, such as in the case of a video.

3) A learner has not received the minimum grade in order to complete the module.

4) A learner has not submitted the assessment successfully.*

 

*Many times, learners forget to click I am Finished on an assessment. Failure to do so will make the assessment stay in a limbo-like state – where a learner thinks they have finished, but without the platform notify admins or give completion credit. If this is the case, the learner just needs to click on the assessment, resume the attempt, and click the Submit button.
