There are several ways to contact our technical support department.
You can use Telephone Support if you are on our Advanced, Premium or Enterprise plan. To access Telephone Support, simply dial 1-855-463-1310 or +1-647-559-4733 and enter your Support Pin when prompted. The Support Pin can be found by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen.
Note: If you wish to use our Phone support but are on a Starter plan, we will need to confirm your identity as an admin and you will be moved up to the Advanced plan and will have phone support for the remainder of the month. You will be moved down to Starter at the start of the following month and will no longer have access to Phone support unless you choose to upgrade for the month again.
You can also reach us by clicking on Help Resources at the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Clicking on this button will open a panel on your page. You can use the Search Bar at the top of the page to quickly search through our help articles, click on Getting Started to view our Getting Started Guide, Articles to view all of the help articles, Ask us a Question to send the SkyPrep team a message, and Feedback to open a form where you can either submit a feature request or report a bug.
